How it started

Art and craft have always been an integral part of my life, from decorating for family occasions to creating unique gifts for friends and loved ones. Growing up, I found joy in crafting and designing, but as life got busier, I lost touch with my creative side.

Then came a silver lining during one of the most challenging times the world faced: the COVID-19 phase. With the world at a standstill, I found an opportunity to reconnect with my passion for art. I started revisiting my earlier projects, and slowly but surely, the urge to create again began to take root.

The real spark reignited when I received the joyous news that my sister was pregnant with my first niece. Wanting to celebrate her pregnancy with something personal and meaningful, I tapped into my creativity, crafting greeting cards, banners, and all sorts of fun, memorable items. That journey reminded me of what I love and what I’m good at: making meaningful, handcrafted treasures.

This realization led to the birth of Shabby Craft Boutique. It began humbly as an Instagram account in April 2024, where I shared my previous creations and explored art whenever I found the time. Life, however, had bigger plans. Just six months later, in October 2024, I officially opened my specialty store, offering curated crafts that bring joy and a personal touch to every occasion.

Now, with a collection of curated cards, custom sleeves, banners, bookmarks, and charcoal art, Shabby Craft Boutique is more than a store—it’s a space to share my love for creativity. As I continue to grow and create, I’m thrilled to share this dream with you.​
